How to redeem for bill that's on autopay? It said $25 exceeded the limit and now it doesn't give me gift card option as payment

I can log in and get to the Verizon up area...but I don't have a "special offers" place...only "see all offers" but it's not in there. Any ideas?

You can add it as a split payment just read the instructuon page were u got the pin and card # on to set it up.

You can, however, pay towards your Verizon Internet Bill. Just paid $25 towards next months bill and I do have autopay set up and account was already paid in full . Didn't work on Mobile.
