How to redeem for bill that's on autopay? It said $25 exceeded the limit and now it doesn't give me gift card option as payment

Same here. You can make a payment through the website with the gift card by adding a payment method and then make the amount the $25; say no to split payment if you want. Autopay shows that it's still in effect and will be for the remaining balance on the usual date.

I logged in via PC, went to account to bill to payment options. on the left, under how much you owe and when it will be paid, there is 3 options. the 3rd option is add new payment or something like that. (it has since changed because I used the option) Then add the card and pin there, change amount to 25, and then it will be applied.

Thanks OP!! To make it easy, I did one payment with the $25 gift card, and then I made a separate payment using my using my bank account to pay off the balance.

Nice! I got the Verizon Visa and I autopay my bill do that so it gives me like 4% Verizon credit on my bill. With that and this I've got like $100 in credit built up now Smilie

I tried this and got a code and PIN to use at checkout. Both are very long - 15 or so digits. So rather than hand-copy it down, I tried to take a screenshot. The app won't allow that due to security concerns. But after that message, the screen with that information went away and I was back to the main menu. That information wasn't sent to me via e-mail and I can't find it on the app anywhere. So guess I lost that. VERY poorly done interface.

After entering the gift card, I get a response that I need to pay more than the $25 gift card as the first payment. when switching to the second payment, the gift card is not available.

You can find the number again if you click the Verizon up button then scroll all the way down. Under "keep track of it all" click manage claimed offers.

If on phone select and copy the number then switch to a notepad app and paste there. Repeat with the pin.
