They used to do it a few years ago when you complained at their support chat, bat lately they refused to do so. The support chat told me to return the previous order and order again.

I have the original Bartesian and love it. I'm sure this is a good alternative, but it looks so janky to me. I will acknowledge that I'm jealous it can take all 5 base spirits without having to swap the gin and rum bottles out.

So, instead of my 8$ bottle of "margarita mix" that will make 20+ drinks, I have to buy pods that contain powdered mixes for $15 for 6 drinks to attach to my $200 alcohol pouring machine. I want the bar at home, not the bar prices.

This thing just looks like it takes up space, is a headache to clean and is reinventing the wheel - just pour your cocktails. I think this is one of those products that sounds like a good idea until you own it then it just takes up space in storage or in your pantry.

Lost me at pods. Why can nothing just be a single purchase anymore? Making drinks is not that difficult. I'm not spending money on little pods just to make a drink that requires 2 drops of bitters.

Bought this for the wife and her friends when they have their botox injection parties in kitchen. This is an improvement over the original Bartesian as it eliminates changing bottles between rum & gin, as well as eliminating the leaky gaskets.
On the downside, it has 'Black and Decker' stamped on the spout, both sides, and the top of the machine, which can make it difficult to distinguish if you have a kitchen appliance, or a drill press on your countertop.
But like others mentioned, it is easy enough to just mix your own drinks, and ultimately this is for those people that mow their grass with and electric lawn mower in lieu of a sickle.
