Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Which plan? Did you paid $35 activation charge?
I am on Magenta Max with 5 lines.
I recently transferred from ATT using trade-in, BOGO, 3rd-line-free promos.

I called 611 just now and got the 6th line free after paying $35 activation fee.

I was so excited I forgot to ask how they will assign the phone number when I install the sim card.

Worked for me. One plan, had 4 lines. No wait time at all when I called. The whole thing took under 5 min.

I'm on Simple Choice and and was told by chat just now that I qualify.
They also assured me that the new line would have the same data as my existing lines, though I suspect that will be an uphill battle from other reports I've seen with Simple Choice.

Chatted with Tforce and I was eligible. Thanks for the heads up, OP!

I'm on the One plan with 2 paid lines + 4 free lines. Still had to pay the $35.

Adding a free line requires $35+tax non-waivable fee.

On Magenta Max here, 3 free lines. Just added another free line using this promotion.
Went through chat with Tmobiel app chat, fast and easy.
Good luck.

BTW, I saw this promo on Reddit, ppl seem to have problems qualifying this promo with older plans. Magenta and Max plans are more likely to have this promo.
Did they send you a physical sim or esim

Means you have to be on the T-Mobile billing system and not Sprint billing

No free line for Magenta Max military. I really should have just stuck with the regular Magenta since all these free lines they have given out have made regular magenta cheaper then the military plans.

It means you can't be a Sprint user.

My account was eligible. Magenta Max, 6 year old account.

4 lines Paid, 4 lines free w/ insider.
SOC code = MPLSFAM

EDIT: According to Reddit, it seems Simple Choice customers may be eligible as well.
