Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Terms say that you must be on T-Mobile's billing system.

When you all say free, you still have to pay taxes and fees on that free line, right? I dont have any free line so dont know
You will pay taxes and fees if you're on a plan like Simple Choice. There are Tax Included plans like ONE TI, Magenta, Magenta Plus, and Magenta Max, etc that have no additional fees or taxes.

Thought I was going to get the line, then rep said I had cancelled the home internet. Since you have cancelled Home internet in the past 12 months you are not eligible......bummer.

Edit: After reading the qualifications again, think the rep was looking for a way to deny. It says you can't cancel a line for the next 12 month, so I may try again with another rep. PS, the home internet didn't work well for me so just did the 15 day trial then sent it back.

Do they also count home internet as second line then?

Spent 40 minutes on T-Mobile app chat and they couldn't find the promotion. I asked for the "2022 holiday unwrap offer" / "2022 BYOD Line P1". Said that they will get back to me tomorrow.

Still waiting for a response from T-Force on Twitter. Almost 2 hours waiting for a reply.

worked for simple choice

Not sure if this will affect others, but since I don't have a device to use with it immediately, chat rep says we have three months to start using this free line or it'll be terminated/expired. So need to find an affordable device soon!

Is there any rule about not having canceled a line recently? I'm trying to figure out the best way to remove paid lines and replace them with free ones, slowly of course. Big Grin
Is there an way to swap the number from a paid line to the free line? I have 2 paid and 2 free line on the One plan. They all have Kickback. The free lines are sitting in a drawer for years so they have 0 data usage but still can't get kickback $10 off as they are already free. The 2 paid lines can get kickback but they don't as they get used more than 2gb. Anyone know a solution to this? Thanks
