Usually lines requirement to maintain is voice or table or tmhi. It is not as a entire account but rather plan type.

sure. I had 7 voice lines, 1 TMHI and 1 watch. Cancelled TMHI day before yesterday and after checking this morning was eligible for this AAL. So added. will update if the promo drops.
