Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I have a 2 lines for 100 all taxes included. I never get free lines. No Text or Email about this promo.
You have to contact Tmo Support via a multitude of chat options (Twitter, in-app Tmo Support, etc) or by calling 611 from a Tmo line.

I'm on 2 Lines ONE Plan All In Promo (SOC: FRLTUL2LP) with 3rd line free. I'm not eligible because it looks like my plan is limited to 3 lines. I'm getting close to needing a 4th line. Anyone know what my best route would be to get a 4th line?

Just chatted with T-Mobile via iMessage business chat. Was told my account is eligible. I am on T-Mobile Amplified with 2 paid phone lines and 1 paid tablet line, first free line finally (I was historically on that cursed 2 device t-mobile one plus plan that never got any deals).

I was eligible. Magenta Max customer for less than one year, with 2 paid lines and 1 free line (now 2 free). I do get some T-Mobile Insider P2 discount, so I don't know if that matters. Otherwise it just seems like dumb luck.

Anyone know if these lines can be used in devices like watches or tracker devices? Or is it phones only?

You can, you would just have to wait 12mo, port out for 91 days and port back in

Thought I was able to add it, but the rep said I needed to go to the store and get additional verification. I'm good I don't need it that bad.
T-Force hasn't told me to go to store yet, though I think that might be solution to the flag I'm seeing. I should be eligible with tenure and MMax plan. But T-Force said I was not, and then I noticed that I could not even order a new watch line much less new phone line from my account online without getting error msg "Sorry, you can't currently place an order online. Please contact us by calling 1-800-937-8997 or 611 from your T-Mobile phone."

Any chance you see such error message online?

I would check with chat anyways. I have more than 10 lines and it went through. I think the type of lines matter.

Also, no go here on my Simple Choice plan from forever ago with 15% Corp Discount.

I do have 6 phone lines (plan was for 4 lines + I have 2 free lines), 3 " 200mb data for life" tablet lines, 1 physical DIGITS SIM and 1 virtual DIGITS number... along with their Home Internet.

Are there any rules if we add this line today and removed any prior paid lines later?
