Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I'm a 7 year T-mobile One customer with 10 paid and ZERO free lines. I called both care and did the text chat and they said I'm not eligible. I honestly feel like cancelling my entire plan. I don't understand how I'm never able to get promotions.

My rep made it work for my plan when I recently added lines for Simple Choice…. But the guys at the other end of my sales associates's line while in-store told him this was a once-only thing, so I could see how it'd be an uphill battle for many.
Did you add the line at a store or phone/chat? Wonder if chances are higher in the store.

Rep said I was eligible, but couldn't get the IMEI working right for two phones I've previously used on my account a few years ago. They had me order a SIM for a new line through the website and said they'll honor the credit... Based on how many times TMO support that isn't TForce has messed up, I'm expecting to reach back out in a month because they farked up.

Yes, I've gotten ones in the past. I was wondering how they were able to get more than one on this promo. (that's what his reply sounded like - that they were able to get more than 1 free line this time around)

I feel the same, bummer. 10+ years with 8 active lines, not a single free line.

So salty that I"m looking into the verizon phone line now. F t-mobile

Does anybody know if it's actually possible that this promotion will work for people with the old (SCNC) Simple Choice No Credit plans?

If someone knows an answer to this question, a reply would definitely be appreciate it.

Also, much thanks to the OP, for posting this deal on here for others to see!

I added 2 lines to get Costco $600 Cash Card three months ago, and "2022 Line On Us P1 "was added automatically, making one line free. Is this the same promo code?

Was just told by rep that even though my
Plan is not eligible now it may be in a few days as this promo works it's way thru the system. He also saw how one account wasn't eligible but was able to add so it's possible it will be available for all. And he said this promo doesn't have an expiration so possible it will run for at least a month.

I'm assuming I can't cancel a paid line within 12 months of this promo right?
