Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Ordered through chat this morning at 8:30am PST as a physical SIM card order.
Existing Simple Choice North American 10GB plan.

The new line finally just showed up on my account around 2:30pm PST with the service discount showing up with "2022 BYOD Line P1"

Is it possible to add second free line by paying another $35 activation (like if calling again after a day or so)?

Switch to Verizon.

I'm chatting with them now.

Pretty much, $30 per line for unlimited data, text, talk, and hot spot.
$10 credit per line per month for 3 years ($360)
If you have Fios internet with them, then another $10 per month credit.

so for the next 3 years, you're looking at $10 per line, then $20 per line.

I"m doing it for my 8 line family accounts with t-mobile.
if true, amazing deal

Thanks for sharing the timing on that. I just completed my order around 1pm PST. So I'll give it some additional time to show up on the account.

I decided to not take the line since I don't trust them to royally screw my One plan since I am at max of 8 lines. Rep swears they can fix anything that happens but we all know better. Don't wanna deal for weeks with calls and reps

TMO One 55+ plan user here.

I called 611, gave them the promo code in the original listing, 2022 BYOD Line P1, the IMEI of an unlocked phone, paid the $35 one time fee and that was that.

SIM will be here in a few days and I'll port over a number from Xfinity Mobile. Done.

Damn, I am on similar plan. I was going to try and get a second free line.
You should try anyway. There doesn't seem to be any logic to who gets it.

The rep checked my imei of my samsung note 20 ultra 5G, and it's compatible.
The rep also confirmed no interupt with tmobile until the new verizon sims come.
I signed up.
Thanks for t-mole to deny a free line to a long 10+ years customer.
nice, i'm chatting with verizon cs now. Is it the 5G start plan that you got ?

I'm on a One 9+and got it added without issue. Moving to a 9+ SOC can lower your bill if you have other free lines.

I got my order in before the mad rush.
I'd presume orders later today might take even longer, but it'll eventually show I'm sure.
