Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

The new line added as my 12th voice line on the one plan. I have 6 free lines now including insider discount.

I've got kickback, one plus promo on all my lines except the new one.
Why aren't they able to give you the "plus" promo on the free line? I'm on the same plan as you, last year I did a BOGO free line and they gave the "plus" promo to both my lines.

you got screwed... mine still says One Plan after the promo 2022 BYOD Line P1 (Additional Lines) appeared.
Yeah that's one reason I hate to get a CSR to order or do anything for me especially if it involves a promo. A lot of them are over zealous to get the promo for you and some may go above and beyond just to get it even if it means changing your plan. Word of advice, just ask them straight if you're eligible and get a straight answer. If they go off tangent and say something like "I don't see it but let me ask my supervisor what he/she can do for you..." or "you don't seem to be eligible but let's see what I can do for you...", those are red flags and you better ask to confirm and tell them you don't want anything changed to your account, etc. If you're on a legacy plan it's hard to get it back once they switch you over to a new plan

Notice as in you didn't have the option and now you do?
I never saw the promo as an option. I just went to messaging and said i wanted it. Rep said sure. Did the whole order last night. Saw it finally show up today along with my other promos. May or may not have a store manager just credit me back the 35 bucks. For a free line i don't feel that's excessive. We use them when family visits from out of the country so somewhat useful.

That's quite a combo you assembled there, well done. I don't think it does get any better than that. A keeper for life. ;-)

Every time I've added a free line, the've never given me the one plus promo or kickback automatically.

I've always had to contact support to get it added.

I'm going to wait a bit for the free line hysteria to die down because customer service must be swamped right now.

Does T-Mo assign you a new number for the FREE line or are you allowed to port in an existing number?

Definitely no complaints here, but there are plenty on reddit that have better deals than I.
I missed the existing customer insider code, that I would love to add.

TMO will automatically assign a new number based on your billing address.

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out about our holiday offers. We know that having the absolute best deal is a must these days and our promotions teams work so hard to make sure we can always offer that for you.

The current holiday unwrap offer you are referring to is an offer that our teams have predetermined eligibility for. That has been marked on the accounts that qualify and our care teams are able to check for that offer and get the new line order placed when qualified. Your account has not been marked eligible for this offer but the great news is that we have a wide variety of other offers available for this holiday season that might appeal to you! You can see the full list of those here: https://t-mobile.com/offers at any time and we are always available to discuss any that jump out at you so you know what they might look like on your account specifically!

We are here if you have additional questions and hope you have a happy and healthy holiday season!
This. I'd like to remind ppl this is not a try again with the a different rep like a target deal u trying to get honored. If your account is not flagged its not flagged for promo. I'd say try a check once a day max.

My account did not qualify.

9 lines on TMO One, three of them free
SOC code TIULFM9

Tried through chat in the app and through a phone call.

Beware, as agents will try to sell you "other" plans that supposedly have a free line with device purchase. not true in the slighest

With TMobile for 7 years on SC plan with 8 lines, they offered me this deal. Just need to pay $35 + tax for sim activation.
On chat do not confirm .. you may go back and forth on $35 to be waived. Say will order if they give $35 credit. Request for supervisor approval to add $35 credit. They will order you pay then they will give you $35 plus tax for next month credit YMMV (as they gave it without much effort to my friends and me)

Thank you! This saved me some time. I have the same soc and that plan was the only one able to keep all the promos. Tempted to try but I'm really scared they will mess my old promos up

Agent says this offer is not legit because it's not listed on official T-mobile website. Is that true?
