Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

They won't mess up if you're eligible. I am not eligible. Same plan code, eleven lines with few free lines.

Thank you! This saved me some time. I have the same soc and that plan was the only one able to keep all the promos. Tempted to try but I'm really scared they will mess my old promos up

I ordered a sim online yesterday noon and still hasn't shipped, "running", anyone else 19 hrs later still waiting to ship?
I'm at just over 18 hours since I completed the order, no email or shipping confirmation, but my account does show a new line with a new number added with the "2022 BYOD Line P1" code next to the number in the "Service promos" section of billing.

Tmo customer for over 20 years - for those that may remember I was with Voicestream. Have SimpleChoice. 2 paid lines, got a free line Nov. 2021. Saw this so called yesterday. Person could not find the offer, promised to call me today - has not called. Got bumped up to Supervisor - he told me to watch for offer in my email on Fri or Sat.

Went to a TMO corporate retail location. They checked - said I was not part of the offering.

Called this morning. Got another person. He was appreciative of my loyalty with TMO of over 20 yrs, but still only offered to give me another line for me to pay for.

Got on chat - person told me that offer is pre-determined by the system and it will show in your account once you are eligible to take the offer, but as of the moment, your account is not yet enrolled with this deal, but TMO is still working on it...

Told that I guess I was disappointed and will now have to cancel my TMO service. He said for a valued customer as myself he can request the promotion be applied to my account.

I asked that rather than requesting, why dont you just enable it?

They will waive activation fee. I requested SIM be mailed. Filled out form asking for credit card info and then got email sent to me

So he keeps saying he will call me on MOnday.

Stay tuned....
UPDATE WITH A QUESTION:

When I look at my Account Overview I see I have 4 phone numbers now:

-Paid line for me

-Paid line for wife

-Free line I got Nov. 2020, but have never activated this line - Line on Us 3 promo phone has $0.00/mo Unknown Device, No Add-Ons

-Free line I got today - 2022 BYOD Line P1 - but it has $15.00/mo Unknown Device, 1 Add-On

What is the $15 for?

Do I need to contact TMO CSR again and clear up?

Thank you in advanced to any/all that can answer.

It's free for life if you don't cancel any of your lines in the next 12 months.

T-Mobile Simple Choice customer for 9 years Called in to CS today, was told their computer system has no mention of this 2022 BYOD Line P1 promotion. They could only offer a B1G1 promotion. The rep said he had only had 1 other customer call about this promotion earlier today, but he hadn't heard anything about it and had to consult his coworkers as to how to even check. I will probably stop by a store to check if they can give me a different answer over the weekend. Good luck all!
