How long did it take for it to go back down to the correct amount? I received my SIM card yesterday and I see the promo under the service promo but not reflected under the account level.
In same boat. Just did it today about 2 hours ago. Slightly worried it won't apply

At least yours is 2 hours. Mine is approaching 24 hours since I received the SIM card. And I still am not seeing the discount at the account level.

I was able to get the one plus promo added but couldn't get the $35 credited.
Which channel did you use to get ONE Plus Promo add-on added? Twitter/Facebook or iMessage chat or app chat?

Same. 72 hours since added the line through 611. And 24 hours since I received the SIM card. No promo in the account.

Starting to have doubts.

No luck on Magenta Max 55+ with 3 lines. Tried using esim, but no text and no promo code in my account details after several hours.

Doesn't look good...

How did you get the promo applied? Just wait or did you call? Still not showing for me after almost 24 hrs.

Magenta Max 55+ plan does not qualify. I guess you are helping others to confirm 55+ plans do not qualify.

Reps are often wrong.
I have 4 free lines and I never used the number they assigned to me. I always ported in a number I got from Google Voice. No problems on the free line promo.
What's the process in porting a GV number to t-mobile and is there a charge associated with this? Thanks

I went in a TMobile store yesterday and asked them to check if I was eligible. The lady checked and said No I don't see the Holiday deal for you. I told her No it's a promo for free line if you BYOD. She said "Oh yeah you can do that. I thought you were talking about the Holiday deal, but if you bring your own device we can add it for free." Unfortunately I don't have another phone and have no way to acquire one before the deal ends. But sounds like it will be easy if you just go in the store. She wasn't looking at anything in my account when she said Yes. Sounds like if you just ask you'll get it if you have certain plans. She did mention the $35 device connection fee so I think she knew what she was talking about.

You have to call/text tmobile customer service to port in a number. Make sure to unlock the google voice number first by going to voice.google.com. There is no charge for porting in.
