Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

For some reason it will not allow my esim from my Samsung S22 to work when trying to order online. I am assuming since this promotion ends tomorrow I can just order online and do a store pickup for the sim card and it will be within the allowed sign up time?

I worked with TForce and they told me I was eligible even though my account is older SimpleChoice. As long as I put the order in this weekend, within 2 days I should see the promo added.. should get Tmo text messages about the promo when it kicks in

Hopefully they are right, took risk and put order in which shows me $20 a month and no promotion

If they lied, I can always cancel the line, but TForce (TMobile Support via Twitter) has never let me down in the past

Did they order you a sim card to be shipped?

You have to call/text tmobile customer service to port in a number. Make sure to unlock the google voice number first by going to voice.google.com. There is no charge for porting in.
It costs $3 to unlock a GV number

I have Magenta Max 55+ and I got this deal.

Magenta Max 55+ plan does not qualify. I guess you are helping others to confirm 55+ plans do not qualify.
It's possible for two things to be true, but not the above two things, at least not at the same time.

Thank you! I suppose I should clarify as my original post was a little confusing.

Simple Choice - $100 for 4 lines

Line 1 - Simple Choice 1 of 4
Line 2 - Simple Choice 2 of 4
Line 3 - Simple Choice 3 of 4
Line 4 - Simple Choice 4 of 4
Line 5 - $10/month add a line
Line 6 - $10/month add a line
Line 7 - Free 2020 Line on Us promotion
Line 8 - Free 2022 BYOD Line P1 promotion

It's my understanding to maintain the 2022 BYOD Line P1 promotion no lines can be cancelled for 12 months. After 12 months I would port lines 5 and 6 out to another carrier for a month, then port them back in to replace the existing numbers on line 7 and 8 so it would look like

Line 1 - Simple Choice 1 of 4
Line 2 - Simple Choice 2 of 4
Line 3 - Simple Choice 3 of 4
Line 4 - Simple Choice 4 of 4
Line 7 - Free 2020 Line on Us promotion (Line 5 number ported into)
Line 8 - Free 2022 BYOD Line P1 promotion (Line 6 number ported into)
I was thinking about doing something like this too, but the one thing I would caution is that some of the original Simple Choice lines had an unlimited data promo added some time ago. These new "free" lines do not. So depending on if you had the 6GB or 10GB plan, you would get that + data stash (which for the life of me idk where I can even check mine). Depending on your use case, the lines with unlimited free high speed data might be worth keeping.

One note would be that one of my free lines from 2020 somehow inherited the unlimited free data but since then the other 2 free lines including this one did not.

Just be sure to activate the line on the 19th. Otherwise the promo might not get applied automatically and you might need to get customer service invloved. Also, there are no official announcement for this promo, the 19th date is based on leaked information. No one really knows when this promo will end.

Did you check the plan code online as to from what plan code to what plan code? On ONE, they don't change easily, but you could have gotten lucky. I changed during the last free line, I believe in early 2021, and it took five or so representatives, but I found one who was willing to change my TMONE 2-8 lines plan to 9-12 lines TMONE plan. Every rep wanted me to believe them changing to 9+ MAGENTA would be better, even though I'd lose my kickbacks.

Well i think I'm screwed.

Changed soc to 9+ plan on One.

Added the line Friday at 4. New line showed yesterday morning. Sim card shipped later in the day. As of Sunday morning nothing in the app or the web site.

Phone and chat reps say wait 2 to 3 billing cycles which we all know is nonsense ugh.

How long do we have to cancel the line if it doesn't work?

Yeah it's still One on the app 3 days later and had different reps confirm the soc code since I don't trust any of them. So far everything appears to be intact but who knows after first billing cycle after. Tomorrow I'm gonna raise hell about this line since I switched soc and paid $35. They all go with the default bs answer..wait 2 to 3 billing cycles

Well, I took a chance and went for it adding a line on my own using eSim (no $35 charge) through the T-mobile app and it doesn't look I'm eligible. I'm in the Simple Choice 10SCFM4 plan and was told I was not eligible when I called in yesterday. I see my account history shows I'll be charged $20 monthly for the new line but I haven't seen any promo attached to the line (under Service Promotions) or received any text with about the promo. I'll wait a week to see if it changes and I get it since my next bill date is in a week; if my next bill shows I have to pay for it I'll cancel the line. At least I'll just have to pay a prorated $20 charge. Yeah most people who did the eSim route know right away if they're eligible so it doesn't look good for me
I'm on the same rate plan... Never seems like this rate plan is eligible for any of these free lines. Last free line I received was from 2017.

I was told multiple times I do not qualify but I'm willing to take a shot myself online. However, when I try and add a line in the website, I get a $40/month cost. Anyone know why? I on the 2 Lines ONE Plan All In for $100

Have you tried this? Has anyone tried this and worked? I asked a T-mobile rep before and was told that I will lose the promo. Thanks!
I have done this before on at least two of the free lines and it worked. Did not like the area code and numbers and picked some better ones from Google voice and ported them "into" the existing free lines.
The line number transfer are different agents and more capable. I would not rely on the usual chat agent for this.

can you share what ur plan details shows?

what does this page show for BOGO? https://my.t-mobile.com/account/plan-details
Actually my BOGO promotion is not applied but T-Mobile will have to honor it as convo was on recorded line with the rep. I will also ask for credit for screwing up my account so win-win for me for sure as they want me as a customer with 11 lines now.
