If someone can help me figure this out, I will appreciate that

TMobile one plan with 2 paid lines and 2 free lines from 2016, added a physical SIM line with a rep on 12/18 night, would not let me finish the order myself on the site because of their stupid verification/security thing.

Nothing shipped on 19th, it shipped on 20th 3AM and new number/line showed up in the account. So far it shows the cost as $25 ($20 with auto pay)

- I have read the thread but not sure whats the deal for physical SIM orders. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for the promotion to show up for the physical orders?

- I am comparing the add ons on hte new line vs the existing lines and I see 2 differences.
One Plus Promo which gives 10GB of high speed hotspot
Kickback
I know kickback is useless on the free line
But does anyone know what is the default hotspot on the OnePlan. I think it is still 10GB but may be slow speed? Can someone confirm that please, and is there any way to get them to add OnePlus promo on the mew line as well?

thank you
I am in the same situation. Your added line, similar to mine, was activated on 12/20 even through it was ordered on 12/18. Offer ended on 12/19. Not sure if promo will apply by default. May need to contact T-Force.

I'm in a tricky situation. I reached out on iMessage and through 611 and both times told I wasn't eligible. Took a chance anyway and added a line/ordered a sim placed at about 2am EST today 12/20. Since TMo is based out of Washington, it effectively shows up that I placed the order on 12/19 at 11pm on my account history.

Haven't seen anything yet as far the new line or the promo in the Billing section.

Now that the deal is effectively dead, am I pretty much cooked since I have to wait for the sim to ship out? Not sure my chances are high of getting it applied correctly when I was deemed "ineligible" in the first place…

I just called (1:40PM ET 12/20/2022) and initially the rep asked me to confirm the promo's end date. I told her I don't see any end date. She put me on hold and came back confirming we can go ahead.

Moreover, she also told me yet another promo - "BYOD Waive $35 Activation Fee and Taxes" - is also active and gave me the deal and said I don't have to pay anything.

At the end, I paid $0 for adding a new line and a new SIM card 2-day shipped. THANKS A TON!!

Hope others are able to get this as well. Good luck!

Ah, weird! Thanks for the info. Get my SIM in a few days.

You can put a phone sim into a tablet, but it will only get you like 3G/2G speeds if any. Its not usable IMO for video but for like emails and light surfing it should be fine.
In order to get LTE speeds you would need to convert the voice line to a tablet line.

When I called 611 for inquiring about the OnePlus Promo (hotspot data) addon, he said to hold tight and that it should apply, give it at least a week or till the end of the billing cycle. Calling now seems to be a waste.

Ordered physical card around 1:15am EST yesterday and confirmed with tforce that I am still in the window. I'm guessing it ended midnight PST.

Were you able to get it done through twitter as well?

I tried calling 611 and they said they cant add it.
I followed up via iMessage chat today as the promised add-on hasn't shown up yet. But it was outside of their support window. When I hit them up again later I only got:

"Before anything else, we do apologize for the wait because of high volume in the queue. I greatly appreciate your patience with us."

This was 6 hours ago. Will follow up tomorrow again if I don't hear back.

Isn't the Moto G decent? Might be a solid backup phone.

Well, this is what I got on twitter.

"I'm so stoked to read you recently added a new line to your account, but I can understand your concern with the data plan not matching plans that are currently on your account. The One Plus promo feature was available for a limited time, and lines added after this promotion was available are unfortunately not eligible for this feature. I know this may be a bummer to read, but the lines that are currently enrolled in this promotional feature will get to keep the feature as long as no changes are made!"

Try after hours and call in, where you're more likely get offshore help. I was able to do that in a previous free line deal, and they even put kickback on a free line. Not sure if it will still work, but if you're willing to put the legwork in, worth a shot.

I contacted T-Force on Twitter and they confirmed that the discount will show up as long as my order was placed on or before the 19th, but I need to allow some time. I doubt it will happen but I may wait a billing cycle before cancelling the added line.

Are there any restrictions on the number of lines for One plan with One Plus promo? I am getting rejected saying there can't be more than 3 lines and to add another line I need to change the plan.

Has anyone actually seen the $20 or $30 credit applied to the plan pricing in their account yet? I have the promo code in my account, and got the congrats text, but my plan still shows as $20 higher than it was before adding the new line… wondering how long it would take. I realize they say 1-2 billing cycles but surely it's faster than that.
