This is a very good deal for $99

PE branch tips (the realistic looking ones) mixed with PVC tips for filler.

Lots of trees I've seen this year in this price range are shorter, have all PVC tips and have less than half the lights, sometimes not even LED.

Unfortunately it's out of stock in my area. But thumbs up for those who can find one.

Nothing around my area per Brickseek but there were like 5 of the 7.5ft left at my closet store but 0 of the 9ft available. Manager would take off $30 if I'm ok with the display, end up paying $107+ tax for the display 9ft.

Fwiw, I thought I read that 100 lights per foot of tree is what pro decorators recommend. I only put 600 lights on my 7.5ft tree this year and it's plenty.

Off topic but Ikea in Hong Kong had the slickest Christmas tree deal of all time. $77 real Christmas trees for $6.40 ! Most people don't have space for a real tree in their cramped apartments so they had a hard time selling them.
