I guess it depends on what someone needs tools for. If someone started out with a drill and impact driver combo, this adds all the wood working tools a lot of DIYers would ever need. Add a circular saw and reciprocating saw, and you have a very capable set of power tools for woodworking. The fast charger is a nice little bonus.

It is a weird combo with tools that majority of people dont want/need. Good price, but very limited audience on this one.

If it is 399, then it's very slick, for 499, people can use the 20% coupon and lowe's credit card to chop off 100 dollars off the regular price 549, which is 449, better than this price.

I appreciate the deal, thank you. However this is a Carpenter start off bonanza...and I mean true blue carpenters (in NYC DC9 includes so many kinda unrelated trades)
I wish I had helpers that would invest like this in their trade monetarily and with their elbow grease

Good deal on a good set. It's a woodworkers or finish carpenters set, all extremely valuable tools and get used regularly on fairly basic jobs. I have all of them myself that I piece mealed and paid a lot more.

In fact I think it's a great deal, not the typical drill + other combo. Bought the router and battery for $200, similar jigsaw for $100 during black Friday. So you get additional 3 tools for $200. Add discount gift card, if you bought one, and it's a really good deal. Useful tools as well if you are stepping up.

Wait, doesn't everyone who buys tools do some occasional woodwork? This is a great set, except maybe not both sanders, I'd say you pick the version you like better.

I already have too many of the tools in this kit, one in the old 18v XRP that still works fine so I can't replace it lol. I use an adapter cause that NiMH battery gave up long ago (Or niCD, whatever it was)
