pass... It is 3200mhz. and Good luck with it because OC is very YMMV!!!
Another reason because at the factory they already bin the ram and know it is not going to run stable at cl14/3600 (yet it can boot at cl14/3600 but it is not stable) or they already package and sold it at that speed for good chunk of money.
Lastly, after OC and benchmark hrs on it and resulting show stable. Load a games you usually play, and the unstable/random crashing/lagging begin. YUP YMMV!!!

Shame this doesn't fit with a Corsair H115i Elite Capellix 280mm. From what I am reading, not even the SL fits either.

That very much depends on your case and rad placement. But yes, top mounted in most Corsair cases doesn't fit much any memory that's not low profile.

These are single rank micron e-die the last time I looked at these. Single rank is a bit of a performance hit, and ironically more so with AMD vs. Intel.

I have 3 of these ram kits (1Micron and 2 Samsung) They're all dual rank. I guess it depends.

Low profile RGB is what I am looking for with the H115i.

Has to be a height off max 33mm.

yes, you can use on an Intel system. AMD optimized just means it's been tested to be stable on an AMD system or something. I'm using TeamGroup T-Force Dark Z alpha (AMD tailored) RAM with my i9-9900k and it runs perfectly fine. It's just RAM.
