Aldis currently has a house brand gooseneck temperature controlled kettle for $39.99. It is pretty much a Fellow Skagg knockoff, much better value and the gooseneck makes it a bit more versatile.

I have this same exact kettle and I absolutely love it. Wish I had gotten it much sooner as someone who is a huge tea/coffee lover. At this price it's a steal. Saw in previous comments that its $41 @ Kohls. Grab it ASAP! I definitely think this is one of the best electric kettles out there because its stainless steel + comes with a base w/ presets. It's a premium look. Looks great on the countertop. I love how fast it is too. I've been using it every single day since Fall. The only downside is that the water gauge on the side is not the best. Once you add water it takes a minute or two for all the water to settle in and for you to get an accurate reading (it seems like water has to get into the actual water gauge opening for you to get a good reading - other than that I just eyeball it when I fill it up). I love that I can see the temp of the kettle as it's heating up and I love how precise it is. It really does make a difference in the taste of the tea.

Other than that. Great purchase. Do not regret it at all. Glad I got it. Super versatile. Would definitely work great for new moms (making formula) or a household w/ kids since there are many applications you can use hot water for.
