I also like the idea of a holeless, notchless display. That's why I wish they would bring back a top bezel with squared off corners. Manufacturers continue to go form over function...at least Asus made a flagship with a physical fingerprint sensor in 2022. Plus you can program it and tapping the back to do various things. It's a shame that such nice additions will get overlooked by the bigger companies like ratbastard said.

i'm spoiled by 256gb sd storage and in my cheaper phones 5000mA battery. It's so nice not to have it on the charger all day. Especially when no charger available.
ZenFone 9 looks compelling. I can't justify a new phone this year, but I might grab this thing when it's 18 months old. And 40 cents on the dollar. I really like how they made a purpose-made case which is designed to attach to your book bag.
