It's probably not compliant with Title 20 energy efficiency regulations. Unfortunately, this seems to be the case with virtually every Amazon Basics LED product deal I've seen on SD.

I'm wondering which one they are selling as the images shown (2nd and 3rd) look different. I actually have the design shown in the 2nd image and it is a very good desk lamp and I paid quite a bit more for it.
