After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

The receipt says 76.24 for monthly services which I'm assuming is $60 for service and the rest for insurance and taxes if any. I haven't set up the online account yet to see the break up. This was at a corporate store. The sales guy was nice but when I told him I did not want insurance, he said he will charge activation.

Wondering if it makes sense to do this just so that I can trade in my 8 plus for a pixel 7 pro, which I can then use for next years iPhone trade in. Right now the 8 plus doesn't qualify for the higher tier iPhone trade in deals.

Where can you trade a Pixel -> iPhone with any sort of value? I traded my XR for Pixel 7 when it was $40 at Best Buy, hoping to trade towards a newer iPhone but nowhere is offering a reasonable value for this.

Caveat emptor: I have a Pixel 7. The face ID recognition is a hit or miss compared to the latest iPhone. Fingerprint reader rarely works so most of the time I have to type in PIN.

Probably. Depends on how reliable FedEx 2-day delivery is where you live.

The tracking numbers for the two orders I placed yesterday (Monday Dec 19) are showing that they're "awaiting carrier pickup" at Carol Stream, IL. The estimated delivery date is Thursday Dec 22.

They check to make sure the phone has been factory reset... so having it locked is probably going to be an issue.

There are no guarantees because of the Christmas rush going on right now, but I ordered mine late Sunday night, it was shipped on Monday via FedEx, and shows on the tracking app that it will arrive here on Wednesday.

I did the exact same transaction as you and it left me a balance of around $149 that I had to pay today. Then they are going to process the trade-in when they receive it and credit my Visa card for the trade-in value. Your order should show $599 for the pixel 7 and then list two discounts... one for $200 and the other for $250. Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing as far as how they calculated what you have to pay today?

They charge you first and credit the trade in value after you send the phone. It should say how much you will get back right below trade-in kit line.

Also you need to port in to get the 200 discount
