After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.
you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).
Nice deal, but no one is trading in a 13 Pro Max for a free Pixel 7 lol

Would it be possible to never use any cellular data on the new phone? Trying to keep the two months of service at the $20 + tax without triggering any data usage.
Per reddit, there is a grace amount of 50 mb, where they won't charge you the 1 gb @ 10$.

I have a Pixel 7 and hate it! It's horrible... The fingerprint sensor doesn't work most of the time, and the face recognition only works in the daytime. The camera is mediocre - not much better than my old Pixel 3. I now regret trading in my Pixel 3. Do not replace any iPhone with Pixel 7 because it's not worth it.
i was considering a iphone 8 for this but when i googled a comparison with p7 i could see no reason to swap. iphone 8 is an ancient phone but it's remarkable how it still holds up...

Was reading that you cannot use the fi sim in a different phone. Ok fine.

Can you use a different sim in the new pixel ?

Am eager to set the device up but might not activate the service until after the holidays (traveling a bunch).

Anyone know if that would be a problem ?
Yes, u can.

The pixel 7 is Okay in my opinion. It is much faster than the pixel 3, the video camera is also better than the pixel 3. The battery is certainly better than the pixel 3. The photo camera is on par or maybe a bit worst than the pixel 3. I maybe too used to the pixel 3 photo so that I think the pixel 3 pictures are a little better.

The face unlock and on screen finger print sensor work 99% of the time for me.

Hi everyone, I posted this message in an old thread and thought that I should bring t here since this seems to be a newer thread.

I need help. I signed up for Google fi. Ordered and was charged for 2 galaxy s22 phones and they only sent me 1 phone.

Contacted customer support, the agent sent it to a specialist who filed a ticket. They told me it takes 24-72 hours.

Everyday I chat with different agents and after 3 days, they said to wait another 24-48 hours.

This is frustrating and I don't know what else to do. The phones are for my kids as Christmas gifts

Should I call my credit card about this and return the phone and not start the Google Fi plan.

I know this thread is for a different phone but still part of Google Fi.
Bro, Simply keep the phone and dispute the charge on the credit card. Keep the chat logs and send them to the credit card company and you will be good.

Won't Google report the phone as lost/stolen?

Caveat emptor: I have a Pixel 7. The face ID recognition is a hit or miss compared to the latest iPhone. Fingerprint reader rarely works so most of the time I have to type in PIN.
the face id only works in good lighting since it doesnt have ir and so no botch but the fp scanner works 100% r u doing something wrong in the setup

the camera is totally unbeatable but its nice to get the pro model and get such crazy ass moon pics.

p1 p2 p3 cam r the same
p4 and p5 r same cam but p4 has 50% more zoom night sight got alot better
p6 and p6p r amazing cam the zoom on p6p is about 9x optical zoom
p7 and p7p are totally unbeatable and similar to sony slr and alot better then p6
p7p zoom is about 11-12x and u can get such good moon shots
the night pics r so good even running pics at night

i took a pic on p7p with disco lights and it came out 10000x better then ip14pro
ip14p has same zoom as p4

everywhere i go i always steal all the limelight with my pics
even the rockerfeller center xmas tree no one could belive just how diff and incredible my pics came out. nothing came close to my pic
u have to know how to use the cam tho

You should pick a cracked glass option on eBay but not icloud locked
Cracked iPhone se 2nd gen gets 140$ instead of $150 for no cracked.

I found a cracked glass iPhone 11 on eBay for 140$. Will trade it in for 280$ value.

When searching for donor phones, stay way from icloud locked and bad esn, but cracked might be a steal.
Agreed... got a cracked, fully unlocked SE 2nd for $59 to trade.

Which step to add promote code? I went through to choose credit card but didn't see anywhere to add promote code, so I stopped.
