This brings interesting dilemma to people who wanted to take out Fi sim and use different carrier. Considering esim can't be "taken out" and only removed as erased from settings it might mess up the qualifications for the offer if such thing is done. At the same time if another carrier sim is inserted it should show up in the Fi system most likely which can cause similar effect. Maybe workaround would be getting physical Fi sim, registering using it and then taking it out.

Does anyone know if a Google voice number qualifies as a port in?
I actually used a google voice number last year for a port in, but they have cracked down I guess.

I had a cracked screen Iphone X 256gb; offered $129 Trade in so I ended up paying $157.00 with taxes total now but after trade in credit; it will cost me around $37 for phone + $40 2 months of service = $77
I am planning to sell the Pixel 7 .. would it be OK if I don't open the box and use the sim card with a different phone ? Never used Fi before so if it is like any other mobile network; it should work. How about Fi ?
