After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.
you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).
Nice deal, but no one is trading in a 13 Pro Max for a free Pixel 7 lol

I am facing the same issue where it shows two phones in my account instead of one as i activated fi on esim since there was no physical sim.
Could you post a screenshot of that? I activated my P7 eSIM yesterday. My account shows two phone, but one of them is the iPhoneXR I'm trading in.

Has anyone doing this P7 promotion got a P7 shipped with a physical SIM ?

If you have activated a P7 in this promotion and the activation was recognized and the countdown started, did you use the eSIM?

I activated my P7 yesterday using the eSIM and a GV number port in. I didn't put any physical SIM into the phone. I just checked my phone:
* In About Phone:
-Phone number (sim slot 1): Unknown
-Phone number (sim slot 2): my GV number
-SIM status (sim slot 1): Not available
-SIM status (sim slot ): Google Fi
-IMEI (sim slot 1): 1st IMEI listed on the box. Also matches the IMEI listed in my Fi account.
-IMEI (sim slot 2): 2nd IMEI listed on the box. Not listed in my Fi account.

If the physical SIM you put in your phone is NOT a Fi SIM, then the phone itself knows about that SIM but Fi doesn't know anything about it.
Thanks for the details.. looks like we are in same boat.. if it's the way it is I think we are good then..just matter of wait..

I got one 7 pro and one 7. both were activated on esim as there was no physical sim. The 7 which I got last week shows up as two phones in my account - one with esim IMEI where services was activated and other with physical sim IMEI which shows up as the one they shipped. It shows two different phone due to different IMEI of esim and physical sim. Yes, pixel 7 and not trade in device. My counter for activation have not started and its been 3 days. I registered complaint with CS and they have forwarded it to the promotional team. Now, its wait and watch game.

I am not alone in this shit show and Google just messed it up.

holly_molly posted a screenshot of an activation that was not recognized. If it was recognized and the countdown started (like with my S22 deal), then it would look like the attachment below.

Dont wait. This counter is supposed to start the next day of activation. if it haven't then things have been screwed and contact CS asap. I am not trading in till they resolve it. I'll have a week more and if things don't work out then this is going back. Google have one of the shittiest CS.

you have proof that you activated the phone. counter screw up aside, no CS can deny the fact it was activated.

btw, anyone ported from tracfone, can they confirm the steps? is account # IMEI of phone? pin # generated online in account works? do i need to receive/confirm any text/call from tracfone to complete port? I do not have the tracfone phone anymore with me so cannot receive/asnwer text/sim etc.

Google have been known to screw things up with false assurance. I have read people being charged post the deadline because of some or the other issues or fake promises from CS. Google is not something you wanna mess up with when I am using gmail from last 10+ yrs.

My Pixel 7 Pro also did NOT come with a Physical SIM. I haven't activated it yet.
I do have an extra Google Fi SIM lying around. Should I activate with that SIM - will that help with identifying the promotion in the system? Or do I need to order a new physical SIM from Google Fi which is associated with this promotion? Thanks.

I didn't port in from TF for this deal, but I did with another deal. Here are the steps: (although it would be difficult if you don't have the phone/SIM any more);
* From your phone on TF, text the word FOUR to 611611. It'll text back a 4-digit number of the account number, which could be the SIM number or the IMEI number. If you had SIM-swapped many times, it could be difficult to figure out which IMEI it is.
* The Port PIN generated in the account (or by texting NTP (Network Transfer PIN) to 611611) is good for about 24 hrs. Past that, you'll need to generate another one.
* Usually, TF Port Dept will call you on the number being ported out to confirm that you had made the request to port out. They will release the number after your confirmation.
