If you have activated a P7 in this promotion and the activation was recognized and the countdown started, did you use the eSIM?
* In About Phone:
-Phone number (sim slot 1): Unknown
-Phone number (sim slot 2): my GV number
-SIM status (sim slot 1): Not available
-SIM status (sim slot ): Google Fi
-IMEI (sim slot 1): 1st IMEI listed on the box. Also matches the IMEI listed in my Fi account.
-IMEI (sim slot 2): 2nd IMEI listed on the box. Not listed in my Fi account.
If the physical SIM you put in your phone is NOT a Fi SIM, then the phone itself knows about that SIM but Fi doesn't know anything about it.

btw, anyone ported from tracfone, can they confirm the steps? is account # IMEI of phone? pin # generated online in account works? do i need to receive/confirm any text/call from tracfone to complete port? I do not have the tracfone phone anymore with me so cannot receive/asnwer text/sim etc.
I just chatted with google rep he said this could be an error but doesn't affecting offer and he can confirm account has been activated with successfully port in of my account.. saved a copy of chat history.... There is no reason google charge me back this offer credit..

I do have an extra Google Fi SIM lying around. Should I activate with that SIM - will that help with identifying the promotion in the system? Or do I need to order a new physical SIM from Google Fi which is associated with this promotion? Thanks.

* From your phone on TF, text the word FOUR to 611611. It'll text back a 4-digit number of the account number, which could be the SIM number or the IMEI number. If you had SIM-swapped many times, it could be difficult to figure out which IMEI it is.
* The Port PIN generated in the account (or by texting NTP (Network Transfer PIN) to 611611) is good for about 24 hrs. Past that, you'll need to generate another one.
* Usually, TF Port Dept will call you on the number being ported out to confirm that you had made the request to port out. They will release the number after your confirmation.
