That counter thing not sure if that matters, as rep has confirmed account is activated,if you plan to stay with Fi for 60 day you can just count yourself , Google fi cs can see when account is activated from their end..

It happened with one of my previous orders, and I didn't notice it until the order had been shipped. Had to wait until the shipment arrived and declined the shipment to send it back to Fi. Didn't get my credit card refunded until 3 weeks later. Quite a hassle.

A quick update, according to rep , it only change status to completed once 60days are meet.

In my case I wasn't sure either so used the chat help but even CS on the chat was surprised that there weren't physical sim inside the phone already and I just went through steps of downloading esim info and at the end CS verified that he can see the line active and number ported in. For more detailed info to appear it took about a day I think.
