After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

Nice deal, but no one is trading in a 13 Pro Max for a free Pixel 7 lol

Thanks for sharing; your example does suggest that eSIM alone isn't the issue and that it's something else that we have not figured out. It's great that your account has already shown that it's progressing but some of us hasn't seen the same indication that Google has shown all of us the counter. The repercussions of that would be Google Fi charging us back for not completing the promos when we actually did. You don't have to worry, fortunately, since you already see the counter. The problem is that some others haven't.

I purchased on Dec 18 and activated Dec 22 and the same $200 off Pixel 7 is still considered in progress. Nothing else is there except for the $250 off promo that is also in the same status, which is separate from the port in promo.
Maybe you can try to make a phone call for a minutes and text a message. Mine was shown not activated at first. The status changed to activated after i made a phone call and texted a message. Maybe you can try too.

Same here. Got the iphone 11 for $140 OTD and then traded that in for Pixel 7 256 GB. It should be arriving today. The extra from the trade will pay for the two months of services that Fi needs. I think this is a better deal than Black Friday if you trade in the Iphone 11 especially.
Can you help me get a similar deal for an iphone 11? Where can I get it for $140?

Bought an iPhone 11 from Metro just to do this deal.

Someone else mentioned it's ~$91 out the door after trade in. I bought the iPhone 11 for ~$120, so the total out of pocket for me on this Pixel 7 Pro will be ~$210. Scorching hot deal!
Sorry but doesn't the Metro deal require you to prepay for 3 months of service at $60/mth? So that's $180 plus you're paying tax on the non-promotional price of the iphone right? So where are you getting the $120 from?

I did the promo but the promo is yellow-flagged: "A new Fi member activated the device. Activate the device on a current Fi member by Jan 26 to qualify for the promo."

So it seems that the Google account that I used to activate the new Pixel 7 got flagged as an "existing Fi member" while ordering the phone, but when that same member tried activating the phone, the member is seen as a "new Fi member". In fact the member is both "new" and "existing" because the member was last active on Fi years ago.

I just tried a factory reset of the new Pixel 7 then activated it again, and I'm now waiting 24 hours to see if it clears up.
If not I'll probably have factory reset the Pixel 7 again but this time when activating, I'll try using one of the other Fi group's plan members who isn't flagged as a "new Fi member". That seems permissible based on the promo terms for "existing member", which states, "Purchase the device or currently be in a group plan with the purchaser."

Is this deal dead or working? My iphone just broke. Planning to trade with this deal!

One question, trade in iphone screen is fine but the back cracked. Then I should select cracked. In checkout it shows out as screen cracked. . I am confused and worried of google will take it as other condition?

Metro is having a deal on the iPhone 11. Just have a number to port or buy one from eBay and transfer to Metro in store. Call around to see who has the iPhone 11 in stock.

For all you guys not seeing counter, my question is,

Did you used GV port in new account? ( Ppl done this before that doesn't means Google Fi won't improve their system, technically it s not a eligible phone number)
Have you done similar deal in last 180 days?

I'm not exactly sure but if google fi detected whichever one is fail to meet the criteria it can flag your account..

Those checked off items are great, but where did you click "Promotion Details"? In the Fi app or in your Fi account on the computer? I don't see Promo Details using my computer.
When did you activate your P7? Did you port in a number?

When you posted on 12/23, you said your account didn't show that your phone was activated. When did you see the new status? Did you contact FI support between 12/23 and now?

I activated my P7 at noon on 12/23. I don't see the action entries for Activated, Ported In, Counter.
Yes, I ported in a GV number from that account. I ported in GV numbers for my previous deals (S22 in Oct, S22 on 12/9, another S22 on 12/9). All were deducted and counting down.

Mine was eSIM. I can confirm it's shown activated and says I have 59 more consecutive days left for both $200 and $250 promotion.

Did you try making a phone call on it? I did, maybe that helped...
When did you activate your P7?
I activated on 12/23 using eSIM. Ported in a GV number. Made several calls. Doesn't show activated or the countdown.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried a 10 second call last night. I texted on the first day of activation (3 days ago). Maybe I can do a longer call and a few more texts.

How long did it take approximately after you made the call and text?

I did not use GV to port. I ported a number on Optimum Mobile. This is my first time ever on Fi.

OK. Thanks a lot for that. I never clicked on those entries before because they didn't appear to be clickable. I see my updated status now.
