After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

Nice deal, but no one is trading in a 13 Pro Max for a free Pixel 7 lol

Ask one dumb irrelevant question, how did you guys attach image on Slickdeals comments except imgur? I use mobile web do not see any options. Maybe mobile app only? 🤔
Mobile site or the SD app doesn't have full functions for attachments. On the regular web site, there's a box below to post box to manage attachments (add, delete, etc). See attachment Big Grin

For both the Pixel 7 Pro it shows 2 checkmarks - Bought Device - Received $300 off.
New Fi Member activates device in 25 days for one of them, and 27 days in the other. These are both UNCHECKED.

Unfortunately, sounds like Fi failed to detect your SIM activations. Time to get the case escalated to the Promo Team.

And that's why I don't trust these Fi CSR.

Chatted twice.

CSR1: Your SIM is activated and everything is great. You fulfilled your $300. Also said Referral is applied.

CSR2: It will take 48-72 hours more as the system refreshes. Told him I waited for 2 days already and he asked me to wait until the end of this week. Also said Referral NOT applied, since I already used the Pixel 7 Promotion and system does NOT allow more than one. Refused to escalate for Activation not showing. Says it's "normal" behavior.

And when you add attachment - do you first create a JPG file of your screenshot, save the file and then attached that file? Is there a way to paste the screenshot directly?

Yep. Created jpg file first then attached. I use a free software called Greenshot to take screenshots. I can snap the entire screen, or draw a rectangular box using the mouse and it'll capture only that part of the screen.

That is a good data point right there.
I think adding referral code manually with chat support messed up our promo.
Because I had everything in order with all the checkmarks and after the referral code was applied I lost all the checkmarks.

I hope they can fix it because I was assured that adding referral wouldn't negate the promotion.
I would advise you to escalate the situation to their promo department. Either through their social media support groups on Reddit and Twitter or normal chat through support.

Edit: missed the part where you said their chat refused to escalate. You should try Reddit. There are people getting their issues resolved on there. I sent them a message on Reddit but they are not working today I guess.

Awesome. I've always done Windows Key - Shift -S. That has the same functionality as the Greenshot. It then needs to be pasted in a program such as Irfan view or Paint.

You can use the form in this link to escalate the support ticket id which you should already have from the chat.

After Greenshot takes the screenshot, it pops up with a window for you to enter the filename to be saved.

No, I didn't attempt to. I don't want to muddle the situation even more.

I've done 5 Fi deals and never got charged for the 2 days. Can you post a screenshot of your Billing section? Did you order the phone using a new Fi account or as an existing Fi member with active service? If you didn't activate your phone until Dec 5, I don't see why they sent you a bill on Dec 2 unless you have existing service.
New account. I opened two lines, one was the Pixel 7 ordered on 11/28 & arrived and activated on 12/5.
Second line was an esim that I activated on 11/28 to get the existing customer deal on the S22. I prayed out the 2nd line on 12/20 because the trade in device I ordered from eBay was worse than described.

Makes sense. The reason I asked was to see if your activation not registering could be referral promo related.
It just maybe a general issue with some activations.

1. OK.
2. The $15 bill must be for the line that was activated on 11/28, not the line that was activated on 12/5. Was this line later transferred to the S22? If yes, on what date?
3. Must be some typo. What does "I prayed out" mean?
