Question, not sure it has been answered.

Where do you see that 60 days of service is mandatory?

Also, after the 60 days service, should we cancel the service or can someone show how to do that.

Thank you.

1. OK.
2. The $15 bill must be for the line that was activated on 11/28, not the line that was activated on 12/5. Was this line later transferred to the S22? If yes, on what date?
3. Must be some typo. What does "I prayed out" mean?
2. A $15 bill for 11/28-12/5? Am I missing something or is this how Fi does billing?
3. I ported out the second line because of the ridiculous bill I received.

Without seeing the details of your bill, I don't know how they arrived at that amount. Look at your bill details and post the info or a screenshot of it.

After activating the phone, you should receive an email from Fi as shown below. The credit will not show in your account until 30 days after activation.
Thanks for the screenshot of the email of the referral confirmation.
Do you know roughly how long after activation does Google Fi send an email with the referral confirmation? Is it a few days or weeks? Thanks.

I activated an account on 12/8 with a referral code to do an S22 deal. Received the email about the referral on 12/10, the day the 1st bill was available.

I didn't use a referral code for my P7 account because when I tried to enter the code (after applying the PIXEL2022) it said "Only new account can use a referral code". It IS a new account, but I figured it didn't allow multiple codes, so I didn't try again.

Perfect. Thanks. Makes sense. Will report back on my status.

For the $20 plan, How much data do you have to use to get charged an additional $10? If I want to avoid paying $10, should I turn off the data right away?

Fi charges for like every byte of data that use rather than a flat $10 fee. Say you used 105 Mb in a month, then you'd be charged $1.05.
Turning off the data will keep it at zero of course. I was on Fi for years but eventually found cheaper alternatives like Visible. Although Fi's new family plan is not bad if you can find 3 other people to be in your 'family'

So while this thread is still fairly active just wanted to ask how this deal all ends. I am assuming we all just watch until the countdown ends and that final check mark appears (stay active on Fi......x days remaining). At that point can one be 100% confident to cancel Fi service? Just simply cancel it via the Fi site/app and delete the eSim?

How to you mean you received 3 months as a Google guide?
There was a mail i received couple of month back from google as a offer for google guide.I saw it in SD as well but it was YMMV. It was for Oct-Nov-Dec. In my case they charged me for first month by mistake so gave me one additional month.

That's how I did it with my previous completed Fi deal. When you have stayed the required number of days, the last check item changed to "Kept device active.." (past tense) and the promo got moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. At that time, you can go into your Fi account on the web site-->Your Plan, scroll down to the bottom and select Leave Google Fi to cancel.
