After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

Trust me....when you order from the same Google account that the GV is tied to, you do NOT need to enter the account info and PIN for the GV. Try it yourself and see.
Btw, which model you received? GvU6C ? Or another one?

I don't know. There are conflicting posts since yesterday, some said the codes (PIXEL2022 or P1XE12022) are dead, some said the codes worked for them.
Code PIXEL2022 worked for me yesterday, seems to be not working if you try to do second time. New accounts, never used this before should work.

For the P7, the box shows SKU GA03933-US. In About Phone, Model it shows the screenshot below.

I was able to order it to-day (12/24/2022).

Here is the Email I had received on 12/21/2022:

In with the new, out with the old
There's still time to come back to Fi and get a Pixel 7 for free or a Pixel 7 Pro as low as $50, via select iPhone® trade-in and a phone discount:
..
Trade in an iPhone® 8 or newer (get a trade-in estimate)
..
Use promo code pixel2022 at check-out to apply a $250 phone discount by 12/31/2022

I am sin similar boat. No physical sim included and activated a Pixel 7 using the eSIM. Just talked to CS and he said to wait 24-48 hours for the activation to register (although it has been about 24 hours already).

I will give it another day or two and check again early next week. If it still doesn't register, I will complain again.
I have got couple of promo from Fi in last few years and usually the counter starts within next 1 to 2 days. Don't wait too much and register a complaint. I am looking to settle the issue within return period so if they screw it up then they can duck it up

Need your help and comments my friends. I received the Fi pixel 7 Pro and there is no physical sim card anywhere in the box or device. What is the proper way to activate the device without the potential promotion/activation counter issue discussed here? Shall I order a physical Fi sim card or just activate the device using its esim? I can wait for the physical sim card if necessary. Thanks!

I am an existing Fi member which I received 3 months service as Google guide, expiring in 40 days.I used a boost number to score a new Ip11 at $125 out door.Used that to buy Pixel 7 using the trade in for 330 for the metro ipn along with PIXEL2022. I got that phone at 158.I have to remain 1 month in 20usd plan to be completing 60 consecutive days. So, my total cost for this Pixel 7 is,

125+158+20-330= (-27)

Literally I got paid 25USD and change along with a Pixel 7. Slick for sure.

My total cost
How to you mean you received 3 months as a Google guide?

By the time TF detects that the SIM was used with another phone and causes problems, your number is already ported out and the line deactivated.
thanks to you & bizkit. i put the active TF sim in another phone and confirmed via 611611 the account number was the original IMEI and generated the pin via website (had to receive and use the security code in text during the process, so it was necessary to have the line active). proceeded to use the pin for port-in at Fi and got a text msg from Tracfone confirming the port-out request (no phone call needed at anytime during process). Port completed within 5 mins. Now to see in a few days if Google can clean up their promo counter issue.

To me it looks like the wisdom is nothing more than a referral code.
