After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

Nice deal, but no one is trading in a 13 Pro Max for a free Pixel 7 lol

What happens if I trade in iPhone 11 Pro but select iPhone 11 for the extra $25 lol
I contacted fi customer support about this issue and they said that it's okay, they will re-evaluate the trade-in value in accordance with the received device.

Sorry to hear about that.

I had the same problem with my Pixel 7 - activated via eSIM, system didn't think the phone was activated, two devices showing up in my account, etc.

It took two chat sessions before my issue was escalated to a specialist in the promo department. Someone finally looked into it and sent me a "one time exception" of some sort, and it's finally sorted.
So for someone having the same issue of showing two devices, should I be asking for my case to be escalated to the promotion department? Ty

You're missing his point then, he could have picked 11 pro initially BUT choose 11 instead to get $25 more, if they reevaluate they will give what 11 pro is worth since that's the one he sent and give credit based on 11 pro model. In simpler terms there's no point in choosing different model than what one has since if they reevaluate it will receive same value shown online during sign up process.

I'd recommend so, yes. Otherwise you'll probably just get the standard "the system takes awhile to update, so please be patient and wait."

We're all friends here, so you can truthfully tell the rep that you have a friend who had the same issue, and an escalation to the "Google Fi Promotions Team" solved it.

You can read all about TF and TF Rewards on Howard Forums. I'm very active on that forum.

What would you suggest as the best move to get the most TF points in this scenario: I have an activated TF account that is a couple of months old with just one phone, but I have 3 other unactivated TF phones just laying around from previous SlickDeals. Should I just add those phones to that account to get points? Or activate a new phone via referral from someone? My aim is to get around 30000 points to use later at some point for an iPhone 11

TracFone. Apparently to can rack up a ton of points by referring people and/or adding lines to your plan. Enough to essentially get an iPhone 11 for free with those points. I haven't done it, but was just wondering what would be the best way to go about it given I have 3 unactivated TF phones just laying around

Just curious, does that GV number belong to the same Google account used for ordering the phone? In which step that you had to pay the $3 ? I've ported in 4 GV numbers for 4 Fi deals, each number belongs to the Google account that ordered the phone, and never had to pay the $3 to unlock/port.
What would happen if you use "add person" option on an existing a Fi account & the GV number belongs to the person you are adding?

I have a suspicion that the 10K Rewards Points for Add-A-Line (AAL) will drop back to 7K points after 12/31/22. So, add all 3 phones to your account TODAY. If you use one phone to create a new account with a referral code, you'll get only 5K referred points for that phone and no AAL points because it's the 1st line in the account.

If you have more questions, ask me on Howard Forums. I don't want to get too far off topic in this thread.

I have no ideas. I've never used multi-member Fi accounts.

Just a data point for 256GB P7 with iphone 11 trade-in. The phone finally came in but no SIM card in the tray or in the box. So I activated using the eSIM and within less than 24 hours I can see that the promotion reflects the same and the countdown has begun for 60 days. It was activated in SIM2 slot and will put my original T-Mobile in SIM1. Great phone!!

Data point- got both pixel 7 and 7pro without sim, activated by inserting sim bought from bestbuy in both, tracking started next day without issues....also 10$ credit for physical sim already credited....so would suggest best to buy sim from retail like bestbuy, target etc and use it for activation...anyways 10$ sim comes with 10$ credit...any case 2 months bill have to be paid...think this route will help avoid issues if any.....
