I am giving up on Fi with this. I have the same eSIM / 2 devices / activation not recognized issue. Already contacted regular chat CSR multiple times and escalated it to the so call 'Promotion Department" since Dec 26. One giant blackhole with no response. I have tried Reddit support and same problem No one ever respond.
Has anyone ever returned their phone/order? Any this rate, I think the will mess that up also...
Since you already opened the box and activated the phone, contact Fi Support (or through your account-->Manage Order-->Return Item). They will create for you a Return Label to ship it back to Fi via FedEx. In one post that I read, that person received a refund as soon as FedEx accepted the shipment. That doesn't sound like the norms, because I think they would want to inspect the returned phone first.
I am really concerning about the issue of esim activation that guys are facing in this post. Fi customer service is horrible to work with, trying to avoid the potential trouble.
