After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

My Trade in status tracker:

**Bought a device on Dec 20

**Received $250 off

**Activated the device on Dec 23

--Stay active on Fi for 50 more days --unchechecked

--Waiting to receive device -- unchecked

USPS shows my trade in iphone has been received on Dec 30. But tracker yet to update. Waiting to receive device step is unchecked.

No sure if anything I should worry about..🤔

Not sure where to go from here,
activated phone on Dec 30.
On Dec 31 $250 promo activated and is counting down days
$200 promo still showing activate device in xx days.. Reached out to support but they were clueless.

Swiched from eSim to Physical sim on Dec 1 but still nothing..

Any help to rectify this will be greatly appreciated

You have a way to go yet. Recent posts indicated that it took 10 days from when the trade-in was delivered to when it's acknowledges, inspected, and credited. Some people received email on 12/31 for their shipments delivered on 12/21. I have two shipments delivered on 12/21/22 and I still haven't heard anything from Fi as of today 1/3/23.

Does the -stay active on fi X days only shows in pc browser? I don't see it on my phone app ( I currently don't have access to my PC till later on ) .. I see all the other check marks activate, transfer etc etc .. TY

I use Android phones. Not sure if it was you or someone else who could see the Fi Savings info on their Fi app, but touching Billing in the Fi app on my P7 does not bring up Fi Savings, let alone the countdown.

Ugh, my trade-in kit is nowhere to be found. USPS says delivered 12/30 but I've checked twice and nothing. I've done google trade-in before so I know what the kit looks like.
What should I do?

Shouldn't be all that hard to ask CS rep to send out another kit.

(Or at least it wasn't ~2 years ago when I asked for a replacement trade-in kit for the Pixel 4a deal.)

Thanks. I did reach out to support and they're shipping out a new kit (supposedly).

And now USPS just delivered it. They lied originally about delivering it on 12/30.

Another data point here as a current Fi subscriber for a new additional line to use up my trade in credit from prior Samsung Flip4 deal

- Ordered a Pixel 7 Pro on December 23
- Received it on January 3
- Activated the eSIM same day at 3pm with port from GV w/o unlock
- "Fi Savings" Counter updated the next day after 8am, January 4 for both $300 & $250 counting down 60 days

Now crossing my fingers after my trade in goes ok, I can payoff device w/ my trade in credits to close out this deal after 60 days

I was the one who could see it in the phone app as well. Activated the eSIM and the counter shows up on the pixel 7 Fi app I have..

Received P7 on 1/3. Activated with esim and it shows two devices and no countdown. I guess i have to go buy a physical sim now.
