After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

Did you check the status in the Account > Manage Plan > iPhone XX? I am sure it will be sorted out, also I think you have 30 days to send in the trade-in device after you receive the trade-in kit

Yeah, one should have 30 days to send in the trade-in. Did they add the unrealistic deadline on your Fi Savings info too?

See attachments about my Your Plan info. Clearly my trade-in was received, inspected, and credited.

FI always throws out some curve balls to keep us worried, even after the trade-in had been processed and credited. Mad

In my case Devices > iPhone Xx > Trade in details > Received has a ✔️ and waiting for review.. Fi Savings > In Progress > Additional XX off Pixel 7 is still at Activated device. It doesn't show the trade-in device as received.

The "waiting to receive device" line actually disappears and is replaced with "device inspection" and "trade-in device reimbursement." See the attached picture.

Trade in device by Dec 31 is definitely erroneous entry. Promotion terms clearly state:

* Complete the trade-in of your eligible device within 30 days of receiving the trade-in kit. Trade-in values vary based on condition, year, and configuration of your eligible device, and are subject to change upon inspection. Trade-in device must be factory reset.

wtf .. I am about to drop the trade in kit back at usps tomorrow. Now google shipped me another kit with new tracking number. which one should I use?

And also the yellow markings same as above posts

I have the same status as you both. Got the email a couple of hours ago that they received my trade in device. Just waiting on condition assessment and refund email now.

Also something to note is that my tracking number doesn't show my trade in device as delivered either despite getting the received email confirmation Last known status:

I got the phone and activated it. I do see all the expected tick marks in the "in progress" tab. I still have to send my trad in device.

I bought this device for my in laws. But I added my account on the device for the activation. Can I remove my account from the device without invalidating the promo? I am hoping esim will not get deactivated by removing my account (and adding his account) on the phone.
