First time doing google fi deal, some luck I have ha ha . First I had two devices showing so no bonus progress was showing, multiple calls to CSR and finally google CSR through social media fix it. Then my trade in seems be lost or stuck since Jan 4. More calls finally got email saying they were gonna refund me the trade it value in 3-5 days all good! Now I check the my bill- google fi promotions and everything is completely gone 😂 no 31 days left no -$250 -200 off all gone .. not even sure if I should leave it alone and just wait the second month or get back at CSR .. any advice?
don't buy a lottery tickets or play Russian roulette...

I'm such a tech noob. Not sure how to insert the pictures . But on PC if I got to google fi - billing - Fi savings all I get is the
Credit balance $0
Total credit earned $0
Total credit used $ 0
That's it. No more days count down or refund progress. Should I give the CSR another call or leave it as is? I'm really confused as in is this a good thing since maybe I don't have to wait no more 60 days ( as long as I get my refund ) or a bad thing Idk
did you click on the in process link? does it show?

Do you see the In Progress column in your Fi Savings? If yes, click on In Progress.

If there's no In Progress column, then Fi doesn't think you have a promotion in progress. Time to contact Fi Support.

My trade in iphone is has been in usps's system for 10 days! It keeps arriving and departing three different Tennessee postal hubs. This is ridiculous. What's the deal?!

Cancelation question. I have 29 more days left on my promo counter. At that time I will be one day into a week long cruise (limited wifi/data connections and kind of busy vacationing lol). Is there an easy way to make sure I wont be charged another month. It looks like if I chose to cancel now it will not stay active through the billing cycle til then.

As a trusted friend/family member to log into your Fi account (provide userID & password) and cancel service once the terms are completed.

If you have your Fi service cancelled on 22nd or 23rd, you will get a few bucks back after 1-2 billing cycles. A new bill won't be created on the 26th.

And if I just wait and cancel on the morning of the 26th I assume I'll just be charged a buck or two. I will probably set someone up to cancel it for me but if it's not much it may be worth it just to deal with it myself.

If you wait and cancel on the 26th, the new full-month bill is already created and you'll have to pay that bill, then get most of your money refunded after 1-2 billing cycles.

To cancel, (you or someone) log into your Fi account on a computer, click on Account-->Your Plan-->scroll down and click on Leave Google Fi. It'll give several options: Port the number out to another provider, port the number to your Google Voice account, let the number die.

Got it, thanks. I see the option on the app, looks pretty easy. I think I'll just leave a spare phone all signed into the app with family and have them set a reminder.

I got delivered email from Fi on Jan 19th. Struck since then on " Accessing device condition".

Today is 24th. Excluding the weekend, its third day. Hopefully it will be accessed today.
