the countless bad reviews backed by countless pictures of melted chocolate specifically on Lindt products sold by Amazon should make you think twice about sending stuff like this as a gift. there are good odds your nice intentions will totally backfire if your recipient receives a destroyed product as a gift from you.

It's just a gift. You could still eat the product. You make it sound like it's more serious than it is. First world problems. "I must commit seppuku to save myself from the shame I bring on my ancestors". 😂

dude, you're on a deals site trying to make this guy feel bad that he gives a rat's ass about value:price ratio. Its perfectly fine what he's doing, especially given where he's doing it.

A shirt full of holes you can see before you wrap it, an unopened box of chocolate is not the same thing.

Plus, Summer gone away for a while now so chances of melted chocolate is slim at this point of time. With that said, it's not impossible to still get melted chocolate, just very unlikely unless you're just that unlucky.
