updated OP to reflect targeted coupon. still a great deal if like me you haven't used it (and I'm low on AA's from the hot deal on batts 3 years ago)

Those lights are on 6 hours a night.
Lights started fading earlier this week.
I say for what they were used for over a 3 week period in cold air, it wasn't bad battery life.
I just put in some duracells last night & will test to see if they can last > 3 weeks.
I also noted in the AMZ review comments that the top review - that gentleman did various technical draws on the batteries & found them to be ~ 88% of advertised capacity.
Not sure if intepreted the test correctly but that 88% number jumped out at me.
Which rechargeable ones and charger do you recommend?
