IPS or VA ? Amazing that it doesn't mention it outright.

Edit:
Seems like its VA.

120 hz is not enough for such a big monitor
My non-gaming computer has a 100hz ultrawide screen and it's more than enough for even FPS gaming. The difference between 60hz and 75hz is big. Another 25 on top of that makes it immersive. This is 20 above that.

Why does it even matter? You will need to be sitting at the focal radius to make proper use of a curved monitor anyway, and I doubt they would use a limited viewing angle technology on a curved ultra wide...everyone would just end up returning it.

This is very subjective. Def remember you need to drive the native resolution of the games you are playing too.

My recent experience moving from series x to pc was illuminating. I thought I'd notice a difference between my ultrawide 60Hz and 2k 165Hz (both IPS) with fps capped at the native resolution, If I notice anything it's the immersion of the ultrawide.

I haven't played many multiplayer games but so far struggling to get mobility with keys in apex. Im sure I'll notice it more when I get used to playing at 165hz

I can see a huge diff between 60, 75, and 165Hz.

Capping it may actually result in more choppiness unless you have vsync on. The idea of higher refresh is also to lower latency, but if your game swaps buffers right after vsync you will add an extra frame's worth of latency.

I got my "monitor" today, instead of a Samsung monitor I received a mirror. Total scam, wondering if anyone else had issues.
