  1. Click here then fill out your email, phone number and date of birth. Be sure to check box that you agree to terms
  2. Click "Register"
  3. You will receive email to confirm your email address. From within Email, click "Activate Account"
  4. On the next page, enter your phone number to receive an activation code
  5. Enter activation code, your account will now be verified with $25 Dell Credit deposited in your account. You can verify it has been deposited in the Rewards Page here.

Same issue here. I did not join the rewards program. When I clicked that AFTER the alienware creation, Its showing as awarded in alienware but 0.00 in dell. Hope it comes at some point.

Shows $25 in aw but nothing in my dell account yet.

Edit: 14 days wait as in FAQ as I joined dell rewards after setting AW account.

i had an existing dell account, and apparently they are just supposed to "show" up since the email of your alianware account needs to be the same as dell. but it didnt show up for me...yet.

Not sure what problems other people are having but it worked for me. Signed up for an account on Alienware, then got an email to sign up for Dell. Checked my Dell account and the $25 showed up there.
