I already gifted myself a $10 gift card via email and shortly after saw the 500 points credited to my PayPal account. Unsure how this would stack with the "Get $5 off your next $10+" offer since I am not eligible for that.

I think I know why some people are not getting it. Paypal/Honey essentially shadow ban accounts from earning rewards. I was shadow banned from honey rewards for reaching out on a Sasmung offer I saw for a Tab S8 ($100 offer) and they essentially ghosted me and now I can't earn any rewards. It happens to a ton of people (check their twitter replies). They also pretend to look into the issue if you contact them then block you on social media. They are pretty shady tbh.
