I added 7 shirts between me and 2 kids. The discount only applied to 2 of them. I went through the sale link but choose different colors for some of them. I guess that's why it didn't apply.

Yep. The additional discount brings it lower than what Zappos had it for a few days ago

I'm having problems getting this to work.

Trying to buy some thermoball booties, on the web page itself it shows them discounted from 69 to 48, but when I add them to the cart they end up back at 69 and it won't let me apply the coupon.

I had chalked this up to a website glitch. 12/12 was the last day of a sale for some Thermoball items. Earlier in the day the prices reflected properly in the cart.

Later that night, when I was going to pull the trigger, I noticed the same issue you are seeing. I didn't end up purchasing the thermoball slippers I had added on my cart.

I didn't try contacting support or customer service thinking I just missed the sale.

The Thermoballs were just 40% a few days ago… although I want to get more for others I think I'll wait

How about compared to Outlet malls? Of course its not for everybody, just want to know if its cheaper in malls compared to ongoing deals.
