Trying to buy some thermoball booties, on the web page itself it shows them discounted from 69 to 48, but when I add them to the cart they end up back at 69 and it won't let me apply the coupon.

I had chalked this up to a website glitch. 12/12 was the last day of a sale for some Thermoball items. Earlier in the day the prices reflected properly in the cart.
Later that night, when I was going to pull the trigger, I noticed the same issue you are seeing. I didn't end up purchasing the thermoball slippers I had added on my cart.
I didn't try contacting support or customer service thinking I just missed the sale.
