But I really don't think their description: "Deep Grove" is accurate. If you were slicing a watermelon, or anything that is juicy that grove wouldn't hold the juices and it would drip all over the counter. Just something to keep in mind.

Within a couple uses and washing with dish soap and waters, it developed cracks and mold. Threw it out within a couple weeks.

Just bought brand new Ninja knives and they say to use wood or bamboo cutting boards with their knives. Your info seems inaccurate in this case.
End-Grain Maple is the true Butcher Block but you won't find it for $10.
