but as per speed, if you don't game which speed would be good for fps and 1% fps, or do production work like video editing and such, speed means nothing.
Anecdotal, but i also bought some ram from Teamgroup January of 2022. Sad to say, they have failed me. They were Teamgroup ARGB XTREEM models too which was considered their flagship ddr4 models. I did get a warranty done, but long story short, the replacement stick they sent me died within a week as well. I don't know if you wanna look for another brand instead. Their warranty service was very nice because my first kit got "lost" in the mail. and it did take about 2 weeks to come as I had proof of purchase and a boxing vid before I sent it. so YMMV.
