I believe that CPU supports 3600 and the ram itself claims support for it via xmp
Frankly, the difference is going to be a wash, and may not be worth the trouble to overclock.
The t-create stuff is nice, pretty low profile. I fit it under my push pull rad, though your mileage may vary.

I am actually running 4 sticks of the RGB version (64gb) in a video editing rig and it is 100% stable on memtest /pi running in dual channel mode with all sticks at XMP speeds on a intel i7 12700k. At $120 it was a incredible value for 64gb over going the matched pair route.
Will Ryzen 5 3600 push this to 3600 with xmp profile
