I never understood how these worked. I get how Halls seems to help with that strong mentholyptus flavoring, but these always just seemed like tasty candy to me

I never understood how these worked. I get how Halls seems to help with that strong mentholyptus flavoring, but these always just seemed like tasty candy to me

My favorite hard candy!

Got a ton from the last walgreens deal. I do take one a day when I want something sweet, with a likely-placebo-but-whatevs effect of not having had a cough while rest of my home has.

I used it for dry throat, keeps the saliva flowing...like candy.

These are great for sore throats, not cough. There's an anesthetic in there. Forgot which one.

I remember going to overnight summer camp as a kid and buying these drops when I wanted something sweet to eat (no candy at camp). laugh out loud

They're 10 calories each. They're also great for sore/irritated throats.

These can still help soothe sore throat a bit. Some brands taste like medicine and don't do much more.

Different uses. This is pectin vs menthol. Pectin is better for dry throat. I like the sugar-free variety of these.
