do they do free rotation?
Yes for the lifetime of the bought tires. Even flat tire repair and inflation as long as it is not a sign of vandalism.

I remember they refusing my bmw as it did not have spare tire? Any workaround by making them install still
This is a first one for me. Not having a spare doesn't have anything to do about buying and installing 4 new tires to replace the old existing ones. Try going to the store again and I can already see them just doing exactly the same thing with other regular cars and SUV's.

the last time i asked, they said i needed to fix my axles first. which would cost another $750.

Well if there is an alignment problem with your axles, then you would definitely need to address that to prevent uneven wear on your tires. The best people to do that is Le Schwab. Used to be for alignment cost is only around $60. But that was long time ago. But they do a great job of doing it.

Ordered Michelin's CrossClimate2 225/65R17 102H yesterday and received the shipping confirmation (to my local warehouse) today. Every warehouse local to me that I called apparently don't stock this particular tire, so had to order it.

I couldn't get the crossclimate2 for Honda CRV with Speed-H. I found that there is a CrossClimate2 with Speed-V online. My existing tires have Speed H tires. Is it ok to go for Speed-V instead of Speed-H? What are the pros and cons?

online is H...just verified ..if you're driving in snow ignore the following

Crossclimate 2 will be noisy, reduce mpg & don't last longer compared to defender 2. Costco (multiple persons at the counter) told me not to buy crossclimate2 if you're not driving in snow. Defender 2 is way better for wet/dry weather (not worth extra $75)

I've purchased tires from Costco before and they were pretty good. The only issues were getting a quick appointment especially for tire rotations. I checked tire prices with Costco on this $150/off promo and with America's tire. They were both almost the same price. If you don't have a Costco close by but have an Americas tire, try them. They also do free tire repairs, balancing and rotations. They even rotate/balance my tires on my existing car for free and I never even bought them at Americas tire.

How do the cross climates 2 compare to the Bridgestone weatherpeak (deal next month)? anyone have experience with both? I own the CC2 for my honda pilot. But I have read that Bridgestone have better stopping distance in rain.
