What I would give to have a roasted on date for these Amazon deals. Makes a huge difference if you're running these through an espresso machine, especially a superauto.

That's indeed true, but I gave up on expecting the roast date on the mass-sold coffee. From my experience this roast is one of the least oily and the least acidic one.

Italy Best Coffee is Lavazza's US distributor. I always get the freshest bags when they are the seller.

I enjoy Super Crema in my superautomatic. Sadly I have three pounds of other beans in my pantry to get through otherwise I'd buy this. Great deal.

Yeah but unfortunately because Amazon are the fulfillment party, and because they comingle inventory, it's not guaranteed that you'll get a bag that IBC has sent to Amazon for distribution. That's the unfortunate reality of Amazon's comingling policy and the reason why people have ended up with counterfeit goods even ordering through Amazon with Amazon as both the seller and fulfillment center.

I had a subscribe and save fail and ended up getting 23 bags. It took me a little over a year to go through all of them and I did not notice any difference at the end. I am using a super automatic machine.
