So the deal is to pay $10 more for a $10 Amazon gift card?

Also, don't no rush credits work on the digital download?

Please correct me if I am wrong, but the 12/28 deals appeared to be only for Download versions, not Disc.

For example:
Deluxe Fed+State download: $65.99 with the buy 12/28 and get a $10 statement
Deluxe Fed+State Disc: $55.99 with No buy 12/28 statement.

So if I want the Disc version 12/28 may not get any better?

The SD question is what is tomorrow's price for the GC version? Any price less than today's would be a deal.

It is mentioned in title - $45 plus $10 GC, so final cost is $35

That's what I get for being on vacation. Lost track of the days. Thought today was the 28th.

Can't believe I was one of those posters today.

True. I think the terminology of PC = Windows and Mac = any Apple computer is pretty socially engrained at this point though Messed Up

I know the "State" component is to get access to complete your State tax return but they tack on a fee near the end of the process to submit that electronically, whereas it's free if you print and mail it.

Anyone recall what that e-file State return fee was last year?

Looking to trade 1 activation of Turbo Tax premier 2022 download version for $5 amazon gc. It's good for 1 federal efile and 1 state download. State efile costs $20 unless you live in NY then state efile is free. You can also upgrade to home & business in app for $15.
Thanks! $5 sent

Right! A person is required to pay taxes on any earned income regardless of the $600 issue. If you sell something on eB or CL and make a profit, the profit is reportable by the person making the profit, and is taxable. Failure to report that income is tax evasion.

The $600 rule applies to the tracking of actual transactions, NOT the tax liability. Companies that are the intermediaries (Venmo, Paypal, CL, FB marketplace) will be required to REPORT the transactions on a 1099 if the the sum on any one platform exceeds $600. It is this reporting by the intermediaries that has been delayed, not the taxes owed by sellers making a profit. Taxes are due whether or not a 1099 is issued.

Quote from blitzmnit :
If you really had income, irs enforcing 600 or not, you owe that tax legally. If the 600 is made of rebates, no profit stuff, that is not taxable, you can just use the normal apps (i have been doing this past couple years since our state forced 1099 on us)
I just put in 1099 amount and next like add negative of that value to make it 0

there are bunch of knowledge articles on turbotax regarding this reporting
