Buyer beware: I've had this tool set going on 3 years. I've had a swivel socket break, two torx bits, the 1/4in wrench, and a hex bit. They were all less than ideal to replace, with the swivel and torx bits being the most upsetting.

Their "lifetime warranty" of course, only applies if they actually have the item in stock. They did not, and referred me to an Amazon link to buy the bit for a whopping $10. When I asked how I would be reimbursed, the guy just sat silently. I had to call 3 or 4 other physical DeWalt warranty centers to find one with one in stock willing to ship it

As for the ones they did have replacements for, there is no online warranty process. I spent 30+ minutes on the phone, navigating a "press 1 to" prompt, sitting on hold, and going back and forth describing the actual tool I need to be replaced, and having to Google the part numbers the rep spit out. Once or twice, I had to find the part number myself to show him what I needed replaced. Oh, and the swivel joint? The guy had NO CLUE what I was even referring to. That took at least 15 minutes to convince him he was not thinking of the same part I was.

There are no physical locations to pick up warranty claims, so you must wait for snail mail.

Good toolset nonetheless, but this is just in the spirit of full disclosure.

Dear Manufacturers,

It has come to our attention that Titus Pullo no longer uses SAE socket sets. Therefore you should no longer manufacture SAE socket sets of any type. Although we do not have an official date that Titus reached this decision, we are reaching out to you immediately upon receiving the public declaration of his/her decision.

We will also be letting every other industry around the globe to begin the immediate replacement of every bolt and nut currently in use that has been design in the SAE standard as it is now useless.

Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated and thank you for your time.

The lowest ever official price from Amazon and Home Depot was $120 in Feb 2020 -- that's nearly 3 years and a lot of crazy/life-has-changed crap ago. Perhaps they can do better than $150 but I wouldn't hold my breath for $120 or the even less likely $100.

Did you ultimately get the parts replaced at no cost to you? If so, did you have to pay shipping?

Ultimately, yes. But hardly. It took me trying to call 3 or 4 other places to get the parts. The guy for their official warranty number told me I was shit out of like it I decided to try a few different places.

No cost to me, but took about 2 weeks for shipping.

I think you've confused 2 different things. Most 2010 foreign cars will be scrap, but your American cars will both still be around, and were using metric in the late 70's. I don't even have anything as new as 2010 in the fleet! LMAO

My 2002 Toyota has 345,000 miles on it and it's still going strong and it doesn't have one oil leak, I think they make a hell of a car.
