Slow as snail
Today I requested a refund from PayPal and the case was quickly decided in my favor and refund issued.
2 hours later I get a shipping notification that my items were just shipped (either a huge coincidence, or the PayPal claim triggered something). They're currently in route to be delivered on the 15th. I looked and there's no way to cancel my PayPal claim since it was already decided, so looks like I'm getting free blankets. What a trainwreck of an experience though.
